Ever heard of Batman and Robin or Tom and Jerry? ‘Diversity" is often seen as the Batman, the main character and "Inclusion’ has long been considered the Robin to ‘Diversity’s’ Batman. Well, the time has come that the roles may well have to be reversed.

With data and stories demonstrating that without inclusion, diversity leads to slower decision making, more conflict and increased fragmentation. Without inclusion, stress and absenteeism increase. And without inclusion productivity suffers.

Our responses to differences, our behaviour and inter group dynamics can’t be controlled with policy. Yet they are the key to creating a culture of inclusiveness.

This isn’t inclusion for the sake of diversity; this is inclusion.

Specially designed for the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), HR, line managers who want to have a practical overview of how to further your D&I practices within the organisation. At this session, you will be able to

  • Enhance your own knowledge by learning what it takes to be inclusive at the individual level;
  • Expand your understanding of organizational barriers to inclusion; and
  • Equip yourself with practical skills to help lead in the inclusion efforts for your organization particularly around generational diversity.
